Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of BookorAI, operated under the BookorAI brand. By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use BookorAI on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
The service
BookorAI provides multi-tenant booking software (public booking site, dashboard, and related APIs) so businesses can publish availability and manage appointments. Features marked “Coming soon” are not part of the live service until we enable them. We may improve or change features with reasonable notice when changes are material.
Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use BookorAI for your internal business operations during an active trial or paid subscription. You may not reverse engineer, resell the platform itself as a competing service, or remove branding required by the product except where settings allow.
14-day free trial
Self-serve trials last 14 days and do not require a credit card. Trials are for evaluating the product with your real business data. After the trial, continued use requires selecting an active paid plan (or another arrangement we offer). We may suspend abuse such as spam signups, automated scraping, or illegal use.
Accounts
You must provide accurate signup details and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your owner and staff accounts, and for configuring staff permissions appropriately.
Your data
You own the business and customer data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the service. You must have a lawful basis to store customer personal data and must not upload unlawful content.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt unauthorised access to other tenants or platform systems.
- Do not use the product to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messages.
- Do not overload the service with automated traffic beyond normal product use.
- Do not use BookorAI for activities that violate applicable law or payment-network rules.
Plans and billing
Paid plans and message-credit purchases are billed according to our Pricing page. Payment processing, invoices, and related details are described on our Payments page. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & cancellation policy. Fees are charged when you purchase or renew; unused periods are generally not credited except as stated in the Refund policy or required by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material breach of these Terms, or risk to the platform or other customers. You may stop using the service and cancel as described in the Refund & cancellation policy. On termination, your licence ends; we handle data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability arising from these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us for BookorAI in the three months before the claim.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date on this page. If you continue using BookorAI after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
