Who we are
BookorAI (“we”, “us”) provides online booking software for appointment and service businesses. This policy explains what we collect when you visit our marketing site, start a trial, or use the product under your workspace.
What we collect
- Account details you provide at signup (name, email, business name, subdomain).
- Business and booking data you enter in the product (services, staff, customers, appointments, settings).
- Technical logs needed to run and secure the service (IP address, device/browser basics, timestamps, error logs).
- Payment-related details when you buy a subscription or message credits (amount, currency, status, provider references). Card payments are processed by payment providers — we do not store full card numbers.
- Messages you send through our contact or support channels.
How we use data
We use data to operate your workspace, authenticate users, send transactional messages you configure (for example booking confirmations), bill subscriptions and credits, improve reliability and security, prevent abuse, and communicate about your account or trial. We do not sell your customer lists.
Cookies and similar technology
We use essential cookies and similar storage for sign-in sessions, security, and basic site preferences. We do not use advertising trackers on the marketing site for selling personal data.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run BookorAI: hosting and database infrastructure, email/SMS delivery you enable, and payment processors for checkout. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and users. Customer booking data stays in your tenant workspace and is not used for unrelated marketing.
International processing
Our infrastructure and providers may process data in more than one country. We choose reputable providers and apply appropriate safeguards consistent with how the product is delivered.
Retention
We keep account and booking data while your workspace is active. After closure or a verified deletion request, we remove or anonymise data within a reasonable period unless law requires longer retention of billing or security records.
Security
We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please protect your credentials and notify us of suspected misuse.
Your choices
Workspace owners can update profile and business settings in the dashboard. To request access, correction, or deletion of account data, email info@stage.bookorai.com. We may need to verify the request before acting.
Children
BookorAI is intended for business customers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children for marketing or account signup.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product or law changes. We will revise the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
