BookorAI offers a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the product before paying. We do not offer a separate 30-day money-back guarantee after a paid purchase. Paid subscription fees and message credits are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law or as we expressly agree in writing.
Free trial
New workspaces can start a 14-day free trial without a credit card. During the trial you are not charged for the subscription. If you do not choose a paid plan before the trial ends, paid features may stop according to how the product enforces plan access.
Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel a paid subscription from your dashboard billing/plan settings (or by emailing info@stage.bookorai.com if self-serve cancel is unavailable). Cancellation stops future renewals. You typically keep access until the end of the current paid period already charged. We do not automatically refund the unused portion of a billing period.
Message credits and one-time purchases
Message credits and other one-time purchases are consumed as you send messages or use included capacity. Purchased credits are generally non-refundable once payment succeeds, including unused balances, except where law requires otherwise.
Failed, duplicate, or erroneous charges
If a payment fails, your plan or purchase may not activate until payment succeeds. If you believe you were charged in error (for example a clear duplicate charge), contact info@stage.bookorai.com promptly with the payment reference. We will investigate with our payment providers and correct verified errors.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can help resolve billing issues. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you cannot waive under mandatory consumer or other applicable law. If such a right applies to your purchase, we will honour it.
